Tried copying in Pangolin's /etc/crypttab. That got rid of the message about not being able to open it. No help.
Still no automatic connect. On restart, notice the syslog time lapse between 16:31 and 18:56 where I gave up waiting and manually selected "Connect to hidden wireless network" which took about a minute more. .....
