Sorry, I haven't seen this bug before, and only found it today. It's too
late to ask you for more details, I suppose. But in case someone else
will struck by this again, I'd like to see the content of your qbzr.conf
file from ~/.bazaar or something like that (check output of `bzr
version` for configuration directory). It should be safe to
rename/delete this file and check qdiff again.
