Public bug reported:
I use Hebrew UI on my system.
When I launch synaptic from gnome-shell (pressing the Windows key and typing
"synaptic"), it is opened with an English UI. See attached screnshot.
When I launch synaptic using "sudo synaptic" from terminal, it is opened with
Hebrew UI.
Synaptic should open with Hebrew UI in both cases.
