Public bug reported:

When starting LiVES in Precise it is completely disembodied: it doesn't
have a menu bar so moving the window round becomes a pain (you can of
course work around this).

Once you bring the menu bar back the window cannot be resized nor does
it fit the resolution. Screenshot attached.

Clearly not tested with Unity.
