Still present when doing an installation from scratch over the network. By the way I've upgraded a computer running Ubuntu 8.04 and shortcut are configured after reboot. I've also installed a computer with Xubuntu 12.04 from scratch and then switched to Gnome session classic and shortcut (alt-tab) works.
