I beg to differ from your statement that this is an 'unrelated problem'. It might be from a developer's perspective, but not from a user's perspective. It very much adds to the same problem of keys not working once you click on the flash object. The new addition being even clicking outside doesn't leave the keyboard, making the bug worse.
