Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit kernel 3.2.0-25-generic graphics - NVidia My laptop constantly freezes as it outputs the last sound produces for example with no keyboard or mouse support. This is the 1st case when watching movie with VLC and opening images or browser in the background. The second one occurs while browsing and watching flash video on YouTube - the machine feels like working except the display goes black with green horizontal lines with a small quadrat in the bottom right side of the screen. In those 2 cases only hard restart helps problem to get solved.
