I tried various xorg.conf configurations - starting with whatever came out of the box with the 12.04 upgrade ... to no avail. If you are proposing removal of xorg.conf altogether (does that even work?), then that wouldn't work for me: the primary point of the docking station (in my case) is to connect dual monitors whose configuration requires xorg.conf twinview tweaks. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/994743 Title: After 11.10 > 12.04 upgrade on Thinkpad W520 - mouse input broken To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/994743/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
