Just checked pdnsd. I thought it would be affected since it also starts in "server_ip=any" mode by default; however the Debian package which is also in Universe includes "server_ip=127.0.0.1" in /etc/pdnsd.conf. It therefore starts alongside nm-dnsmasq modified to listen on 127.0.0.2. So nothing needs to be done to pdnsd to fix this bug (#959037).
