I have the same problem but it's directly on startup.. the dash button background is blue, the dash background is black (transparency disappeared)
I must go on system settings --> appearance and change my wallpaper or color (when you has a personnal wallpaper) and button and dash become again transparent .. pb seem appear when you has a custom wallpaper ....
