This seems like a problem with the input file (not the DEcode). Please verify that this problems exists with other files as well. Just a side note, it would probably be better for the future to use /usr/bin/avconv in stead of the (in Ubuntu) obsolete /usr/bin/ffmpeg (in Winff -> Edit -> Preferences -> Linux -> Path to ffmpeg executable).
