Hi Gary, thanks for explanation. I tend to disagree with this behaviour though. Is this backed up by some user research data? And why installed programs disappear from “Best rated”? Is the installed app no longer best rated? Regarding searching for istalled app to review it, I see it as adding another step if one wants to review an application.
