Penlavch, sorry for getting back to you late. I started using GNOME Shell instead of unity and it helped a bit. But with upgrading to 12.04 the heating was solved to a large degree. Still my laptop is cooler on Windows, but temp not going up 60C that much anymore. I think we can close this bug since Slystone reported a more active bug or I can send any report you think is useful. Just notify me what command I should run.
