Public bug reported:
use_group in /etc/apparmor/notify.conf is set to "admin" by default but
it should be set to "sudo"
In Ubuntu Precise 12.04 the admin users are added to the "sudo" group in
/etc/group. The "admin" group no longer exists if you do a fresh install
so notifications are not displayed. After setting use_group="sudo"
everything works fine.
