No sound coming from the back and front headphone jacks

Since the only audio I can get out is via HDMI, I can't confirm if the
low level exists on other ports.  Currently, I can hear audio off a
monitor that is connected via HDMI or DisplayPort

I know you don't have access to the hardware so if there is anything
you wish me to test, please point me at it.
