apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected precise

** Description changed:

  Create a directory containing a file, for example:

   $ mkdir d
   $ touch d/f

  Now do (yes, running gzip twice):

   $ gzip -f -r d
   $ gzip -f -r d

  Look in the directory and you will find the file a.gz.gz.

   $ cd d
   $ ls
   f.gz.gz

  This is a change from ubuntu versions before precise pangolin: previously
gzip would
  not recompress files ending in .gz when run in this way.
