Tested with 190 disabled, but still same fault. While patch 208 is a keyboard patch, it really has nothing to do with this.
Patch 13 is from debian and is quite ancient (from 2006), so doubting that's going to be the cause of all this. So, if this is indeed an xserver bug, I think it may be reproducible in the upstream codebase.
