I also got pressure to work using the patches in comment #61 & 62 with wine 1.5.5. I also had to set "TabletMouseSimulation = 1" in misc.ini. Eraser does not seem to work though -- no pressure sensitivity/stabilization and SAI does not switch to eraser tool.
