May you give an example of a web page that triggers the issue? (e.g. if it's a 
video, link to the specific video if possible)
Also, have you tried another browser such as Chromium or Epiphany?

As a potential workaround for Youtube (as I suspect the Flash Player),
you may want to try to enable HTML5 (rather than Flash):
