Thanks for your report. The fact that the memory is consumed also after the screensaver has stopped, indicates that the kernel is leaking the memory. I assume "top" does not show any memory hogs? There have been some issues with for instance the intel graphics kernel driver leaking memory objects. Can you please attach your Xorg.0.log and dmesg output?
