As a recall: It's been 6 days since I have not had the total freeze and this since the moment I upgraded to : Linux 3.2.0-24-generic #39-Ubuntu SMP Mon May 21 16:52:17 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux Kernel
My machine is a laptop : Sandy Bridge i7 amd64 (4 G of Ram) with Integrated Graphics Intel HD 3000 (Machine used for heavy development, so many browsers opened at the same time (Chrome,chromium,opera, fox,midori), IDEs, office, and other considerable I/O apps and no problem so far now).
