Testing this with Ubuntu 12.04. Suspend/resume seems to work fine, at least most of the time, with C6 mode on or off, makes no difference.
But if you suspend even just once, then you can't reboot. Or shutdown and start again. Something in the hard drive controller (I think), because the hard drive seems to be off or undetected when I turn the laptop on again. To be able to boot again, I need to remove power and battery. Then it works. I am in a tight spot, because we are planning to deploy 200 of these netbooks with Ubuntu for my school. And our students really need suspend to move between classes without problems.
