Re: madbiologist (>>#3) Using kernel 3.2, I've added '/bin/echo 1b4b 9172 > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/ahci/new_id' to my rc.local and have run it separately, but without effect. Assuming the patch you listed was applied to the 3.4 kernel I tried, is there anything else to do?
