Public bug reported:

I am on Ubuntu 12.10 Quantal 64bit.

I have called gksu nautlius from console.

I accessed a folder belonging to root and called(right mouse button) the
properties of the folder.

Nautilus got frozen and shows in additional a error window with the
remarkable message, that says:

"There was an error while getting the sharing information

'net usershare' returned error 255: net usershare: cannot open usershare
directory /var/lib/samba/usershares. Error No such file or directory
Please ask your system administrator to enable user sharing."
