Reverting status in Ubuntu as we're not using isc-dhcp 4.2 and so the
fix didn't make its way into Ubuntu.
However ifupdown was changed to do the right thing now and we'll be
dropping dhclient3 in 12.10 when merging ISC 4.2 from Debian.
