HI,

here  I'm now again. I tested yesterday 10 times.
Suspend-To-RAM, then Resume and then Plugin AC 
and I got no crash, But this was with charged battery (>90% )

Now after the Laptop was the whole Day in Suspend-To-Ram, I resumed without 
plugged-in AC, everything was fine. BUT then I plugged-in AC, and then I got it 
again.
pls see the screenshot of the kernel-panic attached.

Yes I will test it with the new upstream-kernel 3.4

Sorry I see at the moment that the title of this bug is not very responsive. It 
should named more like this.

"After resume from Suspend-To-Ram and plug-in AC after resume -> kernel
crashed"
