I'd like to second this stickiness as being a major usability problem for users with dual monitors.
I have turned off the menu on my right monitor, but the stickiness is still retained. This means I have a roughly half second pause to try to pull my mouse pointer over from the right to left screen. I would also love a way to turn off this stickiness completely.
