The warning is not the problem, but drm trying to allocate 0 bytes of memory. You're right, it doesn't cause any problems. As I said before, I think this has been fixed upstream in 2.6.22-rc4 by Dave Airlie (http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8476#c11), but the upstream bug is still marked as NEW.
