** Description changed:

I'm using arecord to record some audio from a FM tuner PCI card (02:0e.0
  Multimedia controller: Philips Semiconductors SAA7131/SAA7133/SAA7135
  Video Broadcast Decoder (rev d1)).

I'm getting this error when I try to record from hw1,0:

  root@dvr-fm:/home/dvr# arecord -f cd -D hw:1,0 -d 20 test.wav
Recording WAVE 'test.wav' : Signed 16 bit Little Endian, Rate 44100 Hz, Stereo
Warning: rate is not accurate (requested = 44100Hz, got = 32000Hz)
- please, try the plug plugin
