I get this when I run apt-get update. The exact error is: dpkg: warning: parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/available' near line 94968 package 'libxen3': 'Replaces' field, reference to 'libxen3.2': error in version: version number does not start with a digit
No Xen libs are installed. This is my only Precise box. I have other Ubuntu installs but it doesn't happen on them. ----- Usual info: lsb_release -a: Distributor ID: Ubuntu Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Release: 12.04 Codename: precise uname -a: Linux jizo-bosatsu 3.2.0-24-generic-pae #37-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 25 10:47:59 UTC 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/998494 Title: package libxen3 (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: parsing file '/var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/control' near line 9 package 'libxen3': 'Replaces' field, reference to 'libxen3.2' To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xen-3.3/+bug/998494/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
