A related problem is that one can not drag and drop, say, an image from
Nautilus to a Libre Office document for example.
At the moment, dragging an image icon to the launcher shows the LibreOffice
icon greyed out, and hovering the icon on top of another icon (Firefox for
example) doesn't reveal the corresponding window to make it possible to drop
the file somewhere (in the LibreOffice document, or in an email in Firefox for
example).
One should be able to drag the image's icon on the launcher, hover it on top of
the desired app for one second, which would bring the window to the foreground
and make it possible to add a file to a document or attach it to an email, etc.

I know this is not exactly what this bug is about, but does anyone know
of another bug which would correspond to this?

Cheers
