Public bug reported:
Whenever I try to open a video with SubDownloader on Nautilus, by right
clicking the video file and then clicking "Open With SubDownloader",
Subdownloader opens but it ignores the video file. I think this may be
related to subdownloader receiving the filename with the -V option.
