Public bug reported:

After upgrading to Precise 12.04, the key that is supposed to switch
between the different windows of the same app no longer works. The key
combo used for this was previously Alt+` (or Alt+[key above Tab] ).

As an aside, Ctrl+Alt+T for opening a terminal window didn't work
either, but I found a workaround for that by just adding a custom
shortcut.

Seems like there is some general bugginess with Precise and Gnome Shell
key bindings.
