This is an annoyance that bothers the hell out of me. When I roll the
scroll wheel on my mouse the screen jitters up and down unless I really
roll it hard in an up or down direction and the page finally goes up or
down instead of jittering. I am using a bluetooth mouse but this issue
is with USB mice and any other mouse with a scroll wheel. On certain
pages like this one the mouse works perfectly. On others it does that
damn jittering thing where you incrementally roll down and the screen
goes down a notch and goes back up and goes down a notch and goes right
back up. This inconsistency in performance is not acceptable.
