Public bug reported:

Steps I did:
gnome-control-center
change user name
change password
change password
(yes, twice times)
reboot

Then, always asked me to input the keyring password, and none of my
passwords were correct(not the old password neither the new password).

Workaround:
Delete keyrings directory on my home folder. The graphical seahorse didn't work
to change my password. As I say, seahorse said me that none passwords were
correct.
