I have had this error a few times, first on an upgrade, I thought I might have
had an old config file as a remnant.
So I tried full removal & and reinstall of the samba related packages. - this
did not work.
Next I tried a full new system install to eliminate the possibilty of my error,
but the install script, and the samba startup gives the the same error.
