Can the title of the bug be changed to something more descriptive of the
problem. It is not just a log-off, the Xserver is actually crashing!

I am experiencing the same problem on a 12.04 Ubuntu installation that
was upgraded from previous. Running NVidia 8500GT graphics card.

Here is my /var/log/log/Xorg.0.Log.old...

    [ 69085.061] 3: /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/xorg/extra-modules/nvidia_drv.so

Please consult the The X.Org Foundation support
         at http://wiki.x.org
     for help.
