Same here. Normally using german neo2 layout but "system wide" keyboard setting is US. When changing explicitely to neo2 within my X session in settings > keyboard settings, not using the system wide setting, it is fine there (neo 2). But on the login screen it is always US layout. On textmode terminals the keymap is always ok. With regular (wired) keyboard the layout is correct everywhere, seems to affect logitech(only?) wireless keyboards.
