The bug originally reported as above cannot be recreated with the latest
updates to 12.04. It was observed immediately after upgrading from
11.10. Means, disabling WiFi does not disable Bluetooth.

Now I see some different issues and hence changed the bug summary/ title.
1) A previously disabled WiFi does not get enabled when 'Enable wireless' is
selected from the drop-down UI menu. UI shows 'Wireless is disabled'
2) Press the hardware buttons to switch off radios. This shows both Bluetooth
and WiFi as disabled in the UI. However, Bluetooth mouse continues working fine.
3) Enabling radios using hardware switch now enables both Bluetooth and WiFi.
