A couple of releases ago, at least, the problem wasn't that the warning
appears, but that the warning dialog would often trigger a bug and
prevent a file from loading (race condition?) when RoseGarden was
launched with a file argument.  I'm not sure if that is fixed now or
not, because I haven't used RoseGarden much recently.

For the program itself, though, it would be nice to add an option to
disable the warning dialog.  The system timer affects only the quality
of playback, not of score editing, MIDI generation, etc., so a lot of
users just won't care and don't need to see the warning every time they
launch.  That's an upstream issue, though.
