Further investigation has revealed that Ubuntu 12.04 is now based on corrupt reasoning. Instead of continuing to be based on non-PAE kernels and adding PAE support as part of the installation process, using a non-PAE kernel by default has been dropped. This means poor people all over the world who are given a used non-PAE computer to use, are not able to install the latest Ubuntu release. By doing this the future market for long term Ubuntu customers has been curtailed.
