Hi Brian, I never succeeded in installing, because I wasn't willing to spend the time to fiddle with it. All I actually tried to do was run Ubuntu from the CD, so the /etc/x11/xorg.conf was whatever was on the CD or figured out dynamically. I can try again when I get home, but I'm not sure that should be necessary. Let me know.
