Public bug reported:
After installing Ubuntu 12.04 and Russian language i set CAPS (english)
& SHIFT + CAPS (russian) as keys to switching keyboard layout. After
that switching layout works correctly. But after some time only CAPS key
switching layout: i press CAPS once layout sets to english, press CAPS
again layout sets to russian and SHIFT+CAPS starts toggle upper and
lower character input. Then i reconfigure switching layouts settings and
switching works normal for some time.
This bug reproduces every day on my pc.
