That did not help. I don't know if I made a mistake but the even while testing 
the command the shell crashed. ;)
I copy/paste the line, restarted the shell, opened gedit like in the screenshot 
to test it and the dialog was not movable on its own.
I even tried the command with sudo but the window behaviour didn't change at 
all. (Tried it back and forth with Alt+F2 r each time.)
LinuxMint Lisa, Cinnamon 1.4 here.
