It's not *exactly* a duplicate as I didn't have xemacs21 installed (bug
949369 solution is reported as being caused by xemacs21 preventing the
update of another package). But maybe it's similar enough? I tried the
solution suggested there and I have also posted the lack of success
along with my output there.
