Ich have new Information. I tried a few things in the past days and actually i was sucessfull. acpi=off disabled all my FN-Keys and the Battery-Indicator. The Options "noapic" or "nolapic" let precise also start and the FN-Keys and the Battery-Indicator works now. Unfortunately "noapic_timer" was no longer sucessfull.
