I'll admit that I didn't put a huge amount of effort trying to get from
one monitor to another. I saw it was stuck, which is no good for me, so
I gave up. I am going from one monitor to the other all the time. The
best example is Netbeans where I have my source code spread over both
monitors and I need to get to all sources easily. So the sticky business
is definitely not for me.

Thanks for explaining what it is supposed to do. It isn't a bug, but for
me, a serious annoyance. (I haven't checked that I can actually get past
the boundary, but I'll assume I can if I work hard enough at it.)
