Public bug reported:
This is not technically a bug in Ubuntu One but more an infrastructure issue.
At the moment due to high demand for 12.04 images and packages the api slaves
(syncdaemon servers) are configured to use less bandwidth. This is being worked
on.
Since it is impossible to classify such bug reports with bugpatterns
this master ticket was created.
