Public bug reported:

Dear Developers,

If I using Ubiquity GTK frontend with Orca and hungarian language, I
experienced some localization related issues:
1. If the default language with Ubuntu libe CD is english and I choosing
hungarian language the first main screen, the installer language right changing
with hungarian language, but other applications language is not. This is
resulting problem, because Orca get rolename related informations from at-spi2
now, possible the locale change happening partialy.
I hear following style mixed output when I go to the continue button:
"Folytatás push button"
Push button the english rolename the button type control, but the hungarian
translation this role type is gomb.
If I activate the continue button this situation, other screens I right hear
hungarian rolename translations in Orca.
This problem is reproducable with other languages too, for example a polis user
experienced following issue:
"> I tryed now switch french language during installation, and
> partitioner mode screen happened similar issues.

I installed 12.04 yesterday on virtualbox. On boot screen I selected Polish
language, screenreader and installation.
Orca started with English language and English localization instead of Polish,
so I must manually switch synthesis language. Installer properly started with
Polish language preselected, but all messages was spoken in mixed language -
for example "Wstecz push button" ("wstecz" is Polish "backward")"

2. In the third partitioner mode selection screens all awailable radiobutton
labels accessible descriptions is spokening Orca with untranslated.
Possible have problems with following messages:
#. Type: text
#. Description
#. DISTRO is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Ubuntu'
#. OS is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Windows 7'
#: ../ubiquity.templates:244001
msgid "Install ${DISTRO} alongside ${OS}"
msgstr "${DISTRO} telepítése ${OS} mellé"

#. Type: text
#. Description
#. DISTRO is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Ubuntu'
#: ../ubiquity.templates:254001
msgid "Install ${DISTRO} alongside them"
msgstr "${DISTRO} telepítése melléjük"

#. Type: text
#. Description
#. OS is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Windows 7'
#. DISTRO is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Ubuntu'
#: ../ubiquity.templates:243001
msgid "Replace ${OS} with ${DISTRO}"
msgstr "${OS} cseréje ezzel: ${DISTRO}"

#. Type: text
#. Description
#: ../ubiquity.templates:5001
msgid "Manual configuration (advanced)"
msgstr "Kézi beállítás (speciális)"

For example, when I moved the second radiobutton element, following a11y
description message I hear untranslated:
#. Type: text
#. Description
#. OS is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Windows 7'
#. DISTRO is a variable substituted into this string, and may be 'Ubuntu'
#: ../ubiquity.templates:243001
msgid "Replace ${OS} with ${DISTRO}"
msgstr "${OS} cseréje ezzel: ${DISTRO}"

I tested this third screen related problem with more languages with have 100%
percentage translation status (italian, francais), hungarian language
translation status with Ubiquity GTK frontend is 100% too.
Possible fixing this two problem in Ubuntu 12.04.1 maintenance release?

Attila
