Public bug reported:

I want to install a software. I open USC select the apllication I need and 
click install. The icon of new program go to the launcher and the window of 
password root appear. In this moment I change my idea and I click cancel.
The result is that the software is not installed but the icon remain in the 
launcher.
You could move the appearance of the icon after you confirm your password.
